Old Abbey Oval Serving Platter Mavaleix Granger Limoges Dinnerware Stern Bros NY 1920's
A lovely bone and white porcelain set with amber shaded floral band and gold rimmed. Each piece is marked with Mavaleix et Granger's "Limoges, MG, France" mark It was established by J. Granger and P M de Mavaleix in 1920. The porcelain was decorated at Latrille Freres, which was located in the old abbey in Limoges. They also have the retailer mark for Stern Bros, NY.
